I, Josiah Murch, do certify that I have examined the within Manifest which was this day produced to me as the copy of the Original Manifest of the cargo onboard of the Ship Alleghany, whereof, A. Michaels is Master from Liverpool with the original & find the same to agree. In witness whereof I have signed my name this 28th day of Dec. 1831. (signed) Josiah Murch

Michaels is Master which Cargo was taken on board at Liverpool, burthen 414 tons, built at Philadelphia in the State of Pennsylvania and owned by R. Burton and J. Devereaux, Merchants at Philadelphia as per Register granted at (blank) day of (blank) and bound for Philadelphia.
