Transcriber's notes:

1. The S.S. Lapland had a revised total of 211 passengers on about 17 pages.
This is page 12, the 3rd of 6 in Steerage Class.
2. Commas are used to separate information under the column headings and a
forward slash is used to separate entries under a heading, e.g. Hair/Eye
   color.
3. Columns 19-24 all record No, No, No, No, Good, No, to the following
questions: Were you ever in prison? Whether a Polygamist? Whether an
anarchist? Whether coming by reason of any offer to labor in the US?
Condition of health? Crippled or deformed?
4. The ? marks indicates letters or words that cannot be read due to the
   quality of the original document
5. It appears that someone reviewed the original entries and made changes,
esp. with respect to how much money they had with them. Several passengers
arrived with 2 pounds, cited as L2.
6. Passengers 2, 13, 24 and 24 have a line drawn through the entry.
7. Passenger 26 has a stamp reading In Hospital and Discharged on her line.
8. Passenger 2, column 14, a small yo appears to be written in over Boston.
9. **More information is available for passengers 19-21 and their descendants
