I, John H. Burleigh, do solemnly, sincerely, and truly affirm that the following List or Manifest of Passengers, subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs for the District of New York, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers received on board the Ship Washington, whereof I am Master, from Dublin

Passengers 1,2,3 - A squiggly line to the right of the "Sex" column
brackets these 3 passengers. The word "Cabin" was written upside
down to the right of the squiggly line.
Passenger 64 - This entry was the first on a new page. No last name
was entered, and she obviously doesn't belong to the last family
on the preceding page.
Passenger 69 - The first digit is 2 or 3. The second digit is 5 or 6.
Passenger 80 - The entry is lined through with a heavy line, obliterating
the first name.
Passenger 88 - From here forward, the Sex column was not filled in.
Passenger 135 - The preceding letter was superscripted.
