St. Ubes* to Plymouth, Massachusetts
18 June 1832

DISTRICT OF PLYMOUTH - PORT OF PLYMOUTH
I, Nathaniel W??tang, do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear, that the within REPORT and LIST, subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the District of Plymouth contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, the names, age, sex, and occupation of all the passengers, together with the name of the country to which they severally belong, and that of which they intend to become inhabitants, which were on board the Ship Undine, whereof I am at present Master, at the time of her sailing from the Port of St. Ubes or which have at any time since been taken on board said vessel. And I do likewise swear, that all matters whatsoever in said Report and List expressed, are, to the best of my knowledge and belief, just and true. So help me God. (Signed) Nath. W??tang. Report and List of the Passengers taken on board the Ship Undine of Duxbury whereof Nathaniel W??tang* is Master, burthen two hundred fifty three tons and (not filled in)/95ths of a ton, bound from the Port of St. Ubes for Duxbury*.
Columns represent: name, age, sex, occupation, country to which they belong, country of which they intend to become inhabitants.

Transcriber's Notes:     
* Captain's name possibly Westang or Wertang.
* Duxbury was the destination, but this ship debarked at Plymouth. 
* There is a St. Ubes in Portugal.  Though this manifest does not state 
  that the Undine sailed from Portugal, only from St. Ubes, another ship 
  was found which departed from St. Ubes, Portugal.
