* Country of origin as found.  
* In column for occupation was written "not known" about half way down.  
* Could not read signature, not clear if it was captain or collector. Begins with 
  Gi, could be Gibbon who signed some other lists.
* #2 no other information for infant; 
* #4 letter at end of surname could be n, though looks like r, Sheehean or Sheehear.
