SS Tacoma
I, J. R. Hill, Master of the above-named S.S. Tacoma, from the Port of Yokohama, do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that the above List contains the names and descriptions of all the Passengers who were on board the said S.S. Tacoma at the time of or since her departure from the said Port of Yokohoma, or that have been taken on board the said vessel at any foreign port or place and that none have died on the voyage.
