I L.H. Gardinet, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the following List or Manifest of Passengers, subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs for the District of New-York, contains, to the best of my knowledge and beliefe a just and true account of all the Passengers received on board the Brig Sylvester Healy whereof I am Master, from Saint Johns, N.B. So help me God. (Signature) L. H. Gardinet.
Sworn to, the 14 June 1825, Before me, (Signature) Jno Kearney.
List of Manifest of all Passengers taken on board the Brig Sylvester Healy, whereof, Gardinet is Master, from Saint John N.B. Burthen 145.52 Tons.

There were no deaths and no births on this voyage.
 
In the sworn statement N.B. stands for New Brunswick, a part of Canada.
#2  There is a crease in the original copy and the second letter could be
    an "a" making the name Pariot.
#23 Although John is typically a male name they show this passenger to be
    a female and daughter
#24 Robert, the same as #23.
