Transcriber's Notes:

* No deaths occurred on the voyage, therefore the column "Died on the voyage"
  was eliminated.
* The column "Sex" was not filled in for any of the passengers.
* There was no occupation listed for any of the female passengers.
* Alfred D Forest - There is no period following the D; there is a vague
possibility that the name is actually DeForest.
