DISTRICT OF NEW HAVEN – PORT OF NEW HAVEN
I, Jno. E. Beecher, do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear, that the above list, subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the District of New-Haven, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers which were on board the Brig at the time of her sailing from the Port of Nevis. So help me God. Sworn to, before me, this 3rd day of June 1833. (Signed) Nath. R. Clark, Dy. Coll. (Signed) Jno. E. Beecher.
