DISTRICT OF PHILADELPHIA - PORT OF PHILADELPHIA
I Watson Wilson do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the Report or Manifest subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the District of Philadelphia contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers which were on board the Brig Sea Flower at the time of her sailing from the port of Bristol E or which have been taken on board at any time since; that I am at present, and have been during the voyage, master of the said vessel. And I do likewise swear that all matters whatsoever in the said Report or Manifest are, to the best of my knowledge and belief, just and true. W.Wilson. * The use of an * indicates spelling as written by the original recorder.
* The use of a ? mark indicates a word or letters that could not be read due to
  the quality of the original document.
* In the column headed "To what country belonging", all passengers are listed as
  "England".
* In the column headed "Country of which it is their intention to become
* Inhabitants", all passengers are listed as "States".
* In the column headed "Number and names of Passengers who have died on the
  voyage", the entry is "None".
* The columns headed "Age" and "Sex" in the Manifest have not been completed.
* In the sworn statement, the capital E after Bristol stands for England.
* In the heading of the Manifest:
  the name and location of the owner of the vessel are omitted.
  the "T" in front of Newport may stand for "Town".
* The first name of Passenger #52 may be Edward.
