* This December date would be the end of the quarter;  the ship seems to have 
  arrived in November.
* Captain's first initial could be E or C.  Above the list, it appears to be E.  
  After the list, it seems to be more  like C.
* #2 last 3 columns not filled out for this passenger, but #1 and #2 were 
  bracketed together.
* #6 possibly the word spinster in occupation column, but could be lined out.
* #6-8 bracketed together.
