Transcriber's Notes:

Standard abbreviations for given names:
Wm  = William
Chs = Charles
Rbt = Robert
Ths = Thomas
In the occupation column, Ingeneer is almost certainly a misspelling of Engineer.
Plumer is equally certainly a misspelling of Plumber.
Cpt. Hovey had very messy handwriting and was obviously a poor speller, so his version
of some of the names may not be very reliable.
 4, paper is torn at that line; first name may be Jane
10, name looks most like Moore but could be More or Mase
12, appears to be crossed out
18, paper is torn and smudged; first name may be Alison
19, paper is torn and smudged; first name may be Ellen. Occupation left blank.
22 & 23, I'm fairly certain the 4th letter is an F and not an old-fashioned S.
