Ship North Star
I, Isbon Benedict do solemnly, sincerely and truly Swear that the Report or Manifest subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the District of Philad.* contains to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers which were on board the Ship North Star at the time of her sailing from the port of Liverpool or which have been taken on board at any time since; that I am at present, and have been during the voyage, master of the said vessel. And I do likewise Swear that all matters whatsoever in the Report or Manifest are, to the best of my knowledge and belief, just and true. before me, this fifth day of November 1834 * Collector. Report or Manifest of all the Pasengers taken on board the Ship North Star whereof Isbon Benedict is Master, from Liverpool burthen 398.81 Tons and owned by Isaac Lloyd and Son of Philad. and bound to Philad.

States Transcriber's notes: * The use of an * indicates an omission or error made by the original recorder. * The use of a ? indicates a word or letters that could not be read, due to quality of original documents. * The abbreviation Philad. was used by the Master throughout this list for Philadelphia. * No one died on this voyage so that column is omitted. * There was no signature by the Collector * Occupations were not given for any of the female passengers or male passengers 13 and 14. * The word Bremen appears quite clearly in the column "To what * Country Belonging", but seems to the transcriber to be out of context with the immigrants names and the origin of the ship. * 17 First name of this passenger may be Hannah.
