May 4, 1832

DISTRICT OF PHILADELPHIA - PORT OF PHILADELPHIA
I, W. Crowell, do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that the Report or Manifest subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the District of Philad contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all passengers which were on board the Brig Myra at the time of her sailing from the port of St. Johns, NB or which have been taken on board at any time since; that I am at present, and have been during the voyage, master of the said vessel. And I do likewise swear that all matters whatsoever in the said Report or Manifest, are to the best of my knowledge and belief, just and true. Sworn before me, this 4th day of May, 1832 (signed) Winthrop Crowell
Report and Manifest of all the Passengers taken on board the Brig Myra whereof W. Crowell is Master, from Saint Johns burthen 129 84/95 tons and owned by A. C. Barclay W. Crowell of Philadelphia and bound to Philadelphia.
Columns represent: name, age, sex, occupation, to what Country belonging, Country of which it is their intentionn to become Inhabitants, Number & Names of passengers who have died on the voyage.

 This list is not numbered; numbers have been added for transcription.
 Passengers 1-4: Surname is very faint and appears to be Salter in each case except Juanna which could be "Satler".
 The last column, "Number & Names of passengers who have died on the voyage" is blank and thus not included in the list above.
