DISTRICT OF PHILADELPHIA - PORT OF PHILADELPHIA
I, John Gallagher, Master and Commander of the said Brig Montgomery do Swear that the witin Report is just and true in all respects. Sworn Before me, this 27th day of May 1832. Before J. ?????, John Gallagher.
In pursuance of an Act of Assembly of the Commenwealth of Pennsylvannia, entitled A Act for the Relief and Employment of the Poor of the City of Philadelphia, the District of Wouthwark, and the Townships of the Northern Liberties and Penn,:
I John Gallagher Marten of the Brig Montgomery arrived at the Port of Philadelphia on the 27th day of May, Anno Domini 1832 on her last voyage from Halifax, NS, make this REPORT, stating the names, places of birth, last legal settlement (when known), age and occupation, of every person brought as a PASSENGER in said vessel, on her said voyage into said Port, or landed, or permitted to land, from said vessel, at any place, during said voyage, or put on board, or suffered to go on board any other vessel, with the intention of proceeding to said Port: stating, also, the names of the Owners and Consignees.
