DISTRICT OF PHILADELPHIA - PORT OF PHILADELPHIA
I, James West, do solemnly, sincerely, and truly Swear that the Report or Manifest subscribe with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the District of Philadelphia, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the passengers which were on board the Brig Montezuma, at the time of her sailing from the port of Liverpool or which have been taken on board at any time since; that I am at present and have been during the voyage Master of the said vessel. And I do likewise Swear that all matters whatsoever in the said Report or Manifest, are to the best of my knowledge and belief, just and true. So help me God. REPORT OR MANIFEST of all Passengers taken on board the Brig Montezuma, whereof, James West is Master, from Liverpool, burthen of 423 93/95 Tons and owned by Henry and Alfred Cope of Philadelphia, and bound to Philadelphia.
Columns represent: Names, Age, Sex, Occupation, To what Country belonging, Country of which it is their intention to become inhabitants, Number and Names of Passengers who have died on the voyage.

* Gr. Britain is spelled Gr. Britian
* No surname noted for Alexander and George other than do, assuming that
  the surname is that of the person on the list before them.
* In the Country of origin column, the word "brewer" is written across all
  the columns.
* U. States of America is written across the Country of destination.
