Passengers #11-18

Isabella Morton was born 7/5/1798 in Linlithgow, West Lothiam, Scotland. She married William Millar on 2/21/1815 in Linlithgow. He was born 2/14/1788 probably in West Lothiam. Their children were Robert and Margaret were born in Scotland and Margaret died there. Williams was born and died in Wales. William, John, James, Ann, Isabella, and Mary were born in Wales. Elizabeth and Nancy were born in NY where Elizabeth died. William and Isabella with Robert, Williams, John, James, Ann, Isabella, Mary and Nancy all settled in Bloom Township, Cook County, IL. I have their birth, death, and burial information. I am trying to verify Isabella Morton's parents names and would like to learn William's parents names place of birth. I am also trying to learn whether there was another John Millar, perhaps William's brother, besides his son. A John Millar made a large land purchase near William's land in Bloom Township on the same day William made his purchase. John, his son, was only twenty years old. Since Robert was not with his family on the trip from Wales, I would like to discover when and how he arrived. His land purchases in Bloom were not until five years after William and John made their first purchases. There was a Jacob Millar who purchased land in the same area a year after William and John. William's second son was Williams not William's. I have recently learned that William Sr. had a brother David whose family joined them in Bloom Township, IL. I have their names and the ages on the census.
