Transcriber's Notes:
* The use of an * indicates and omission or error made by the original
  recorder.
* The use of a ? indicates a word or letters that could not be read due to
  quality of the original document.
* The writer of this list uses a bracket for names that may be a family unit
  travelling together, i.e:
  Passengers #3-9; 11-14; 16-22; 27-29; 32-34; 37-38; 44-48; 49-53; 54-58;
  59-60; 62-63; 64-67; 68-73; 74-75; 81-84; 89-95; 99-101; 102-105; 109-110;
  111-112; 114-116.
* He also lists the female gender as "fam" as well as "man" for all male
  passengers, whether children or adults
* Some occupations and states have his unique spelling versions--they have been
  transcribed as he wrote them.
* Ages for children are given in years and months, so 7-6 presumably means
  7 years, 6 months of age.
