Transcriber's Notes:
 #22 surname could be Downes or Downie. 
 #24 first name probably begins with M, cannot tell about other letters.
 #47 surname McConnol or McConnot. 
 #51-59 slight possibility that it is Butter, 
     but most of the names were written Butler.  
 #68-69 by these names, a note "with 107, 108".  
     The note is probably incorrect, as #107 is named Graham; 
     note probably should state with #108 and 109.
 #71 age possibly 23.
 #94-96 surname Halton or Hallon or Hatton.
#107 age could be 23 or 25 or 28.
#108-109 note by these 2 "with 68, with 69". 
#121 age possibly 21.
