Collector's Office, District of Frenchman's Bay
Decr. 31, 1827
(Signed) Edward S. Jarvis
Transcriber's Notes:
* The port of arrival was called French's Bay in the heading for
list of passengers.
* The port of departure is not listed but could be assumed to
be somewhere in Ireland as all passengers are from Ireland.
#8 first name probably Barny.
#8-9 surname could be Milligin, though spelling is not the same
as for #10. The surname for #9 had ditto marks, but then was
written out for #10, as if it was a different surname.
But the possibility remains that it was the same surname for
all three.
#10 listed as male.
#12 letters could be li or bi.
#16 looks like Stratt.
