Brig La Marie
I, Nicholas D Foumentier do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that the Report or Manifest subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the District of Philadelphia, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the passengers which were on board the Brig La Marie at the time of her sailing from the port of Havre or which have been taken on board at any time since; that I am at present and have been during the voyage, master of the said vessel. And I do likewise swear that all matters whatsoever in the said Report or Manifest, are to the best of my knowledge and belief, just and true. States is written. * All Passengers It appears that the scribe for this ship listed the men first then in some cases male children, then the wife and female childen, but this is my impression while reading this document. As in Passenger 1 through 6. * There are very few given names for the passengers. * Passengers 7-8 traveling together, my opinion. * Passengers 9-10 seem to be traveling together, Martin being the last name and Ann Marie being the given name of the wife, my opinion. * Passengers 11-12-13 seems to be traveling together, in my opinion. * Passengers 14 through 22 seems to be traveling together, in my opinion. * Passengers 23 through 30 seems to be traveling together, in my opinion. * Passengers 31 through 37 seems to be traveling together, in my opinion. * Passengers 38 through 42 seems to be traveling together, in my opinion. * Passengers 43 through 49 seems to be traveling together, in my opinion.
