Ship Herald
I, Henry Duff, Master of the Ship Herald of Baltimore, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the annexed list subscribed with my name, contains to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account, or report, of all the Passengers who have been taken on board the said Ship at Liverpool or any other foreign Port or at Sea, and brought in the said vessel into any District of the United States since her departure from the said Port of Liverpool. (Signed) Henry Duff. Sworn to this 15th April 1834 before me, (unsigned) Collector.

This list was marked City List.
#2 surname probably Skinner. Occupation tanner or farmer.
#4 was bracketed with #2-3, but no surname was written, unless Olimphia is it.
#7-9 not certain if Cumberland was destination, but may be ditto marks there.
#10-15 origin of these passengers was not clear.
#14-15 could not tell if destination was Baltimore.
#15 surname probably Tanner, possibly Farmer.
