Transcriber's Notes:

The use of an * indicates an omission or error make by the original
recorder.

The use of a ? indicates a word or letters that could not be read, due to
quality of original document.

There were no births or deaths on this passage, therefore the birth/death
column has been eliminated.

1. This whole name and all its information had one line drawn through it.
The line did not obliterate the information so I included it.

Upon looking at surname lists I found many of the names listed could be
surnames, without knowing which may be which, I listed all names as
surnames. Chinese often list the given name first, other times they list the
surname first.
