Port Townsend, W???? is presumed to be Port Townsend, Washington. * Names were written with first name or title first. * In the column entitled "Age," a space is indicated for age in months. However, none were indicated. Therefore, this column was eliminated. * In the column entitled "Last Place of Residence," all responses were "Hong Kong." Therefore, this column was eliminated. * In the column entitled "Complexion," all responses were "Olive."
