DISTRICT OF BALTIMORE – PORT OF BALTIMORE
I, P. Lembcke, Master of the Galliot Ferdinand of Rostock, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the annexed list subscribed with my name, contains to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account, or report, of all the Passengers who have been taken on board the said Galliot at Bremen or any other foreign Port or at Sea, and brought in the said vessel into any District of the United States since her departure from the said Port of Bremen. This manifest was marked a City List.

  #3 it could be 2 males.
  #4 & #8 spelled two ways on original.
 #14 surname could be Servin or Sirvin or Scruin or Scwin. 
 #15 top of letter not clear for first initial.  Could be J or T.  
 #31 no occupation or perhaps there are ditto marks which are not visible on the copy.
