DISTRICT OF NEW YORK - PORT OF NEW YORK
I, Charles Henry Andrews Master of the S.S. Erin do solemnly, sincerely, and truly affirm that the following List or Manifest, subscribed by me, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs of the Collection District of New York, is a full and perfect List of all the Passengers taken on board of the said S.S. Erin at Liverpool & Queenstown from which Port said S.S. Erin has now arrived, and that on the said List is truly designated the age, the sex, and the occupation of each of the said Passenger, the part of the vessel occupied by each during the passage; the country to which each belongs, and also the country of which it is intended by each to become an inhabitant, and that said List or Manifest truly sets forth the number of said Passengers who have died on said voyage, and the names and ages of those who have died.  * The name after the words Before Me in the description are not legible.
   except for the first letter which is R (could be Rwynssupall)
 * # 10 Surname could be Rose or Ross
 * # 15 surname is very faint and I cannot make out the 2nd and 3rd letters 
 * # 39 fold line in surname caused white out and cannot make out the ?
 * No listing of deaths on this voyage
 * There were no births/deaths on this passage, therefore the birth/death column
   has been eliminated.
