DISTRICT OF PHILADELPHIA - PORT OF PHILADELPHIA
I, John S V Reynegom do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that the Report or Manifest subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the District of Philadelphia, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the passengers which were on board the Brig Eleanor at the time of her sailing from the port of Kingston, Jamaica, or which have been taken on board at any time since; that I am at present and have been during the voyage master of the said vessel. And I do likewise swear that all matters whatsoever in the said Report or Manifest, are to the best of my knowledge and belief, just and true. So Help Me God. REPORT OR MANIFEST of all the Passengers taken on board the Brig Eleanor, whereof J S V Reynegom is Master, from Kingston, Jamaica, burthen 110 Tons, and owned by *J S V Reynegom of Philadelphia, and bound for Philadelphia. Column headings are: Names; Age; Sex; Occupation; To what Country belonging; Country of which it is their intention to become inhabitants; Number and Names of Passengers who have died on the voyage ( All passengers belonged to Country of Jamaica and were intending to become inhabitants of U. States of America; no deaths were reported on this voyage).

Transcriber's Notes:
* 10 I'm not sure if Rita is this passenger's surname. It could be Madame Rita.
* 12 Wm is an abbreviation for William.

This manifest is originally written given name first, then surname.
At the top of the page is written the following:  "Printed for 
J. H.  Barnes, Ship and Insurance Broker, opposite the Custom House, 
Philadelphia -- by Russell & Martien."
All passengers appear to be correctly transcribed.
