Transcriber's Notes: 
* #1-2 letter in surname looks like r, Frarker.
* #3-4 surname looks like Tucsca, Tursca, Tuscer, Tusces.
* #5-6 probably r in surname, Keller.
* #7 age possibly 20.
* #15 looks something like Earmind or Eawmind.
* #18-21 the part with the first names was completely cut off, a big gap on page.
* #22 first name looks like Senechiner or Serechiner. Surname should probably
  be spelled Murphy.
* #23 first name looks like Dernes.  For gender, looks like it 
  was overwritten, cannot tell if male or female.
* #28-29 one surname written Hill, the other Holl, or perhaps Hall.
* #30-31 surname could be Leahin or Lachin.
* #32-33 surname looks like Quiskel or Quisket.
* #35-36 surname could be Cronks or Crouks.
* #38 surname looks like Bousmens or Bousmers.
* #40 Maham as found, perhaps should be Mahan.
* #41 tear in original, but possibly the top of letter C, Carrey or Carney.
* #42 possibly McDorne or McDorre.
