Transcriber's Notes:
* The Master's signature in the attestation line clearly reads "George Johnston".
The two "Geo Johnson" entries are in a different and bolder hand.
* The "Columns represent..." statement was not in the original document. The
passengers were not numbered in the original.
* The Age column calls for years and months; however, no months were listed
in the manifest, therefore this column has been omitted.
* No entries were made in the "Country to which they severally belong", the
"Country in which they intend to become inhabitants" and "Died on the Voyage"
columns, so I have ommitted them.
* Passenger 21: I am not certain her age was recorded as 14. The second number
has 2 parallel, nearly vertical lines which would make a 4 if a horizontal line
had joined them. The age is probably less than 16 as females 16 and over were
recorded as being spinsters in this manifest.
* Passenger 27: First name is likely an abbreviation for James or Jason.
* Passengers 29 & 30: a rip in the manifest obscures a bit of the middle of 29's
surname and the end of 30's. I have transcribed 29's surname as it appears,
though I've not encountered the name before.
* passenger 38: First name is an abbreviation for Robert.
* Passenger 39: Forename is likely an abbreviation for James or Jason.
* Passenger 41: Forename is likely an abbreviation for Margaret.
* Passenger 46: The occupation is clearly that of "Spinster", though I thought
the term applies only to women.
