DISTRICT OF NEW YORK – PORT OF NEW YORK
I, S. Rider do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the following List or Manifest of Passengers, subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs for the District of New York, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers received on board the Sch Combine whereof I am Master, from St. Johns, N.F.D., So help me God. (signed) Simion Ryder. Sworn to, the 4th June 1825, Before me, ???????
List or Manifest of all the Passengers taken on board the Sch Combine, whereof Rider is Master, from St. John N f Land burthen 99 74/95 tons.

Transcriber's Notes: 
Question marks indicate letters or numbers the transcriber was unable to 
   interpret.
Passenger 5 was clearly written as "Fitzgeraled"  However, "Fitzgerald" 
   may have been a more accurate spelling.
Passengers 14 through 26 had no occupations noted.
Passenger 20 - there was a line drawn through the manifest just above 
   this name and I was, therefore, unable to determine the sex.  If the 
   line was a later entry, then the sex would have been male.
The Captain's surname was signed "Ryder", however, both in and under 
   the sworn statement, "Rider" was written in a different hand.
