 Transcriber's Notes:
The ? indicates letters or words that cannot be read due to the
 quality of the original document.

The name of the witness to this sworn statement was poorly written.
The second letter has 2 humps then a short straight line such as an
i without the dot, then a letter that could be a z followed by another
letter with two humps. The last letter could be an f or h.

No. 9 Herrvelman, this name could have been Henvelman. It is hard to
tell if there were two r or one n.
No. 18 Cuskinson The first letter of the first name could be a G.
There is also a possibility that the name could be Jeoslus Kinson. The
pen was not picked up after the s in the first name giving the
impression of an L but was curled down like the rest of the writer's
 capitol C.
There were no deaths on the voyage so that column was deleted.
