* Amanda Workman is the grandmother of a cousin of the transcriber Barbara Jarvis * The use of an * indicates an omission or error made by the original recorder. * The use of a ? indicates a word or letters that could not be read, due to quality of original document. * * last name omitted from list but seems to be a part of previous entry. * #6 very difficult to read due to pore quality of film * #26 last three letters very difficult to read. the final letter has a very large upsweep at the end which may be a part of another letter. * #38 letters read make no sense.Third and forth letter extend below line * #42 this appears as if another occupation was crossed out and laborer substituted in a different hand * #44 First letter of last name could be a G, however it looks much like the T in two children directly below it. * There were no births or deaths during transit
