1 September 1845

DISTRICT OF BALTIMORE - PORT OF BALTIMORE
I, Isaac Thacher, Master of the Ship Averick Heineken of Balto., do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the annexed list subscribed with my name, contains to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account, or report, of all the Passengers who have been taken on board the said Ship at Liverpool or any other foreign Port or at Sea, and brought in the said vessel into any District of the United States since her departure from the said Port of Liverpool. (Signed) Isaac Thacher. Sworn to this 26th day of February 1835 before me, (signed) M. Gill ?.

Transcriber's Notes: 

This list was marked a City List.

  #1 the baggage was marked with ditto marks for passengers #2-6, but it is assumed that 
     each of them did not carry that much in the way of luggage.
 #10 surname could be Hobart or Robart, first letter obscured.  
 #11 occupation probably butcher, but spelled as found.
