DISTRICT OF BALTIMORE – PORT OF BALTIMORE
I, Robert Southgate, Master of the Barque Amphratrite* of Ipswich, do solemnly swear that the within List contains to the best of my knowledge and belief, a true account of all the Passengers who have been taken on board the said Barque at Galway or any other foreign Port or at sea and brought in the said Vessel into any district of the United States since her departure from the said Port of Galway. Sworn to this 6th day of July 1847, before me (signed) John ?. (Signed) Robert Southgate.
