DISTRICT AND PORT OF PORT TOWNSEND WASHINGTON
I, D.H. SO HELP ME GOD, D.H. Ward, Master. (signature) Sworn to this * Before me, * Deputy Collector. List or Manifest of all the Passengers taken on board the *

Transcriber’s Notes:
* indicates that these portions of the form were not filled in.
* There is no date given, however 1891 is written on the manifest.
? indicates that the name is illegible. Unfortunately the edge of the
  manifest was not microfilmed.
* Passenger #2 and #4 probably have the first name of "Jose" but this is
  not clear.
* Passenger #3 appears to have the first name of "Luse" or perhaps "Luise"
but again it is not clear.
* It is interesting to note that the country to which they belong is
listed as Japan but all the names appear to be Hispanic.
