Contribution from a descendant to the Ronnenberg family:

H. Ronnenberg farmer age 45 from Seelenfeld (Westfalen, Germany)
Christ. (wife Christina) age 43
Willie age 15 male
Louise age 11 female
Heinr. age 14 male
Minna age 12 female
Sophie age 10 female
Lotte (Charlotte) age 7 female
Fritz (Friedrich) age 5 male
Lisette age 1 1/2

I am descended from Heinr aka W. C. Henry J. Ronnenberg who married in 1855 Margaret Rose Brand(t),
daughter of Rev. Albrecht Brandt. After coming to America they settled in Randolph County, Illinois.
Approx 1856 Henry J and Margaret Rose traveled by wagon to Winona County Minnesota along with the
Brandt family. I believe the father H. Ronnenberg and his wife Christina are buried in the Hart
Cemetery at Hart Minnesota. Fritz (Friedrich) may have married Dinana Bessen and stayed in southern
Illinois. Lisette married Clemens Bessen and stayed in southern Illinois. Lotte (Charlotte) married
Louis Dionysius and also went to Winona County Minnesota arriving ca. 1868. If anyone has more
information regarding this family please contact me at dsbeseler@bernardtel.com.

Conrad Ronnenberg from Neuenknich may be a brother to H. Ronnenberg, It appears that Neuenknick and
Seelenfeld, Westfalen, Germany are not far from each other.
