 5-10, and 15-19  Surnames may be Edward as it is difficult to see if the final letter is an
    "s" or not.
12, 13 Letters following the E in surname can not be resolved, names may be Euvins.
66  Surname may be Rice.
76  Age had been overwritten and ink blotted/smeared so that the tens digit was not readable
    with certainty, age may be 48.
82  Given name mauy be Ross.
