  6     Surname is recorded as "Grumell", but might possibly be "Grunell", "Grummell"
        or "Grannell".
  7-11  Surname is recorded as "Hanle", but might possibly be "Hanley".
 17-18  Surname is possibly "Defore", "Defon" or "Defou".
 23     Surname is recorded as "Hookie", but might posibly be "Hooke" or "Hookey".
 37     Surname is recorded as "Cronough", but might possibly be "Cronogue".
 39     Surname is recorded as "Coonohan", but might possibly be "Coonahan" or "Coonaghan".
 56-57  Surname is recorded as "Berns", but might possibly be "Burns".
