DISTRICT OF NEW YORK – PORT OF NEW YORK
I, C. Andressen do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that the following List or Manifest of Passengers, subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs for the District of New York, contains to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers received on board the Ship Isabella whereof I am Master, from Bremen So help me God, C. Andressen before me M. L. Davis (Date of arrival written across the sworn statement--probably at a later date)
List, or Manifest of all the Passengers taken on board the Ship Isabells whereof C. Andressen is Master, from Bremen burthen 300^45 tons.

  5      Surname is either Samson or Lamson.
 12      Given name may be Carl.
 15      Name may be either Hufner, Husner or Huhner (Hüfner/Hüsner/Hühner) with an
         umlauted u.
 22      Surname unclear because of damaged original; looks like it may be Waller.
 43      Almost all the information for this entry is obliterated by damage to the original.
 44-51   Destination unclear because it is indicated by ditto marks as the same for entry
         43 which is obliterated.
 45      Surname unclear; may be Gutler (Gütler).
 46-49   Muller (Müller) has an umlauted u.
 51      Muller (Müller) has an umlauted u.
 63-64   Surname unclear; looks something like Wafft.
 65      Surname may be Rohr (Röhr).
 83      Schonfeld (Schönfeld) has an umlauted o.
