SS Sagamore
Required by the regulations of the Secretary of the Treasurer of the United States, under Act of Congress aproved March 3, 1893, to be delivered to the Commissioner of Immigration, by the Commanding Officer of any vessel having such passengers on board, upon arrival at any port in the United States.

I,Alex Fenton, Master of the Steamship Sagamore belonging to Liverpool, Eng. do solemnly swear that the foregoing is a full and correct report of alien immigrants arrived by said vessel at the port of Boston, on the 18 day of January 1900.
