required by the regulations of the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States, under act of Congress, approved March 3, 1893, to be delivered to the Commissioner of Immigration by the Commanding Officer of any vessel having such passengers on board, upon arrival in the United States.

I, Tho^s Hayden Master of the Schooner Ella H. Barnes, belonging to Liverpool, do solemnly swear that the foregoing is a full and correct report of alien immigrants arrived by said vessel at the port of Boston, on the 18 day of January 1900.
