Transcriber's Notes:

A question mark (?) indicates a letter or a number that can not be transcribed
  with certainty.

An asterisk (*) indicates either difficulty in deciphering the handwriting of the
manifest or something in the Transcriber's Notes to which the reader should refer.

A caret (^) indicates that the following letter in a word or name is superscripted.

The transcriber numbers all the passengers consecutively 1 through 49, even
though the recorder of the original manifest did not number the passengers.

"Male" and "Female" in the Sex column are shortened to "M" and "F" for formatting
  reasons.

  * The Captain's surname appears to be either "Steengrap" or "Steengrafe".

1 A notation associated with this passenger states the he "landed in the Bremen
Bark Geestein??ille 1858", likely implying that the passenger previously

10-11 Passenger's Occupation is recorded as "Taylor", likely implying "Tailor".
16 Surname appears to be either "Hubert" or "Hubers".
