IN Pursuance of an ACT of ASSEMBLY of the COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, entitled "An Act for the Relief and Employment of the Poor of the City of Philadelphia, the District of Southwark, and the Townships of Northern Liberties and Penn," I _________ of the __________ arrived at the Port of Philadelphia on the _______ day of ________ Anno Domini 18__ on her last voyage from _________ make this REPORT, stating the names, places of birth, last legal settlement (when known), age and occupation, of every person brought as a passenger on said vessel, on her said voyage into said Port, or landed, or permitted to land, from said vessel at any place, during said voyage, or put on board, or suffered to go on board any other vessel, with the intention of proceeding to said Port: stating, also, the names of the Owners and Consignees.
