Report and Manifest of the Cargo laden on board the Schooner Liberty whereof Jonathan Shockley is master, which cargo was taken on board at New Orleans, LA, burthen 83 tons, built at Gallaway in the State of New Jersey and owned by George Peters merchant at Philad^a as per Register granted at Philad^a the 23 day of April 1799 and bound for Philadelphia.
