Report and Manifest of the Cargo laden on board the Brig James whereof Tho^s Williams is master, which cargo was taken on board at Kingston, Jam^a burthen 147 +87/95 tons, built at Philad^a in the State of Penn^a and owned by ________ merchants at ________ as per Register granted at Philad^a the 22^d day of December 1798 and bound for ________.
