Note: If any articles of the Outward Cargo are brought back, they are to be detailed, specifying by 
whom shipped outward, and to whom consigned inward. The names of all passengers, distinguishing whether 
Cabin or steerage passengers, with the description and number of Packages containing their baggage or 
implements of a mechanical trade, and the Vessel and Cabin Stores, must also be inserted in the manifest.
