This manifest was an unprinted, hand drawn and written one. Introductory paragraph is as follows:
I William Lawrence do solemly, sincerely, and truly swear that the following List of Manifest of Passengers, subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the customs for the District of Philadelphia contains to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers received on board the Forest whereof I am Master, from Breman, Germany.
List of all the Passengers taken on board the Brig Forest whereof William Lawrence is Master from Bremen, Germany, burthen 191 1/2 tons.
