Bark Florian
I, J. G. Poppe, Master of the Bark Florian, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the following List or Manifest, subscribed by me, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs of the Collection District of New York, is a full and perfect list of all the passengers taken on board the said Bark Florian at Bremen from which port said Bark Florian has now arrived; and that on said list is truly designated the age, the sex and the occupation of each of said passengers, the part of the vessel occupied by each during the passage, the country to which each belongs, and also the country of which it is intended by each to become an inhabitant; and that said List or Manifest truly sets forth the number of said passengers who have died on said voyage, and the names and ages of those who died.

37 & 38: the last name could be Voshold.
40: the names are hard to read due to a crease in the manifest.
41: Blomenkamper is spelled with a Umlaut.
47: a crease in the manifest makes it impossible to read the first name. It is not
clear how many letters are missing from the last name.
48: Schroder is spelled with o Umlaut.
49: no first name given.
50: Rohrer is spelled with o Umlaut.
53 - 59: the last name could be Sporhaase. Both versions of the name are spelled with o Umlaut.
66 - 69: the original spelling of the last name was Levedag. This family was part of a group of
emigrants from the Muensterland area of Germany. They emigrated from Brugsteinfurt
