Report and Manifest of the Cargo laden on board the Brig Clarissa whereof Alan Thomas is master, burthen 160 48/100 tons built at Jamestown in the State of Massachusetts and owned by Joseph Sims merchant at Philad^a as per Register granted at Philad^a the 7th day of July 1795 and bound for Philad^ia.

If any articles of the Outward Cargo are brought back, they are to be detailed, specifying by 
whom shipped outward, and ??? configured inward.  The names of all passengers, distinguishing 
whether cabin or steerage passengers, with the description and number of packages con???? their 
baggage, or the tools or implements of a mechanical trade, and the vessel and cabin stores, 
must also be inserted in the manifest.
