No. 1 Form of a Report and Manifest for a Ship or Vessel of the United States, from a Foreign Port
Report and Manifest of the Cargo laden on board of the Brig Betsy whereof Seth Andrews is master, which cargo was taken on board at Honduras, burthen 131 56/95 tons, built at New London in the state of Conneticut and owned by William Robb merchant at Baltimore as per register granted at Baltimore the 14th day of May 1799 and bound for Philadelphia.
